/ Booking:

To secure your spot, a 40% deposit is required upon booking.
The full balance must be received 15 days before your departure date.
Bookings made within 15 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Failure to make timely payments will result in your booking being treated as canceled by you, with applicable cancellation fees detailed in the "Customer Cancellation" section.

/ Insurance:

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for accident and travel coverage.
Obtaining this insurance is your responsibility for your journey.
While we prioritize your safety and comfort, we do not assume responsibility for accidents or illnesses during your trip.
Proper insurance is vital for your well-being while traveling.

/ Customer Cancellation:

There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made 31 or more days before departure.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before departure results in a 40% penalty of the total trip cost.
Cancellation within 15 days of departure incurs a full penalty.

/ Eco Morocco Travel Cancellation:

If we cancel your trip, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refund for any unrendered services.

/ Changes:

Changes by the Customer:

If you want to modify your arrangements after confirmation, please inform us at least 15 days before departure.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, and any applicable rate changes will apply.

/ Changes by Us (Mostly Minor):

Change of accommodation to a similar standard.
Adjustment of excursion or activity time.

/ Additional Information:

Passport details are required during booking.
Airport transfers: Our driver will wait for you at the airport for one hour after your flight lands. After one hour, an additional fee of $10 per hour may apply.
Emergency contact information will be provided 15 days before departure
